Sub acest nume a stat munca elevilor clasei\u00a0 a XI-a H \u015fi a colectivului de profesori \u00eendrum\u0103tori de la Colegiul Na\u0163ional Petru Rare\u015f, care a elaborat \u015fi a implementat tema de op\u0163ional \u201c\u015etiin\u0163a \u00eentre hazard \u015fi catastrof\u0103\u201d pe baza c\u0103reia au participat la concursul MULTITOUCH, clas\u00e2ndu-se primii pentru regiunea de nord-est a Rom\u00e2niei. Munc\u0103, de altfel sus\u0163inut\u0103 \u015fi \u00eendelungat\u0103, \u00eentruc\u00e2t de la \u00eenceputul acestui an \u015fcolar to\u0163i \u00a0s-au implicat cu des\u0103v\u00e2r\u015fire, ini\u0163ial \u00een procesul de informare \u015fi asimilare de repere, iar ulterior, \u00een cel de valorificare a materialului acumulat.<\/p>\n<p><strong> ,,Proces educa\u0163ional optimizat \u00een viziunea competen\u0163elor societ\u0103\u0163ii cunoa\u015fterii\u201d, proiect MULTITOUCH<\/strong>. Aceasta este \u00a0titulatura complet\u0103 a proiectului implementat de Unitatea de management al proiectelor cu finan\u0163are extern\u0103, din cadrul MECTS, \u00een parteneriat cu SIVECO Rom\u00e2nia \u015fi Universitatea Na\u0163ional\u0103 de Ap\u0103rare \u201cCAROL I\u201d, \u00een cadrul c\u0103ruia s-a organizat\u00a0 concursul, care a determinat un grup at\u00e2t de serios \u015fi pe c\u00e2t s-a dovedit, eficient, s\u0103 realizeze un proiect ingenios, amplu ca modalitate de reprezentare \u015fi mai ales, explicit \u00een formula red\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p>Coeren\u0163a, prelucrarea \u015fi adaptarea fiec\u0103rei informa\u0163ii preluate unui \u015fablon colectiv \u015fi original de g\u00e2ndire, creativitatea ,,m\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een m\u00e2n\u0103\u201d\u00a0 cu \u015ftiin\u0163a exact\u0103 \u015fi deci, aparent implacabil\u0103. Enumerate anterior, acestea pot fi considerate doar c\u00e2teva dintre motivele care au ajutat comisia de evaluare s\u0103 acorde un punctaj maxim, respectiv 100 din 100 de puncte produsului rezultat \u00een urma efortului depus. Criterii de notare, dar totodat\u0103 mostre ale entuziasmului cu care s-a manifestat un grup, a c\u0103rei singur\u0103 expresie este, \u00een definitiv, echipa. Diferen\u0163a dintre grup \u015fi echip\u0103 o atest\u0103 \u015fi proiectul lor, prin for\u0163a de coeziune care sugereaz\u0103 acordul dintre to\u0163i membrii.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u015etiin\u0163a \u00eentre hazard \u015fi catastrof\u0103\u201d, prin dimensiunea ei inter \u015fi transdisciplinar\u0103nu a fost o tem\u0103 u\u015for de abordat. \u00cen mod cert, tinerii coordona\u0163i at\u00e2t de productiv, au avut intui\u0163ia \u015fi inteligen\u0163a de a trasa acestui subiect, dimensiuni autentice, v\u0103dite de realitatea imediat\u0103 a umanit\u0103\u0163ii. Lucrarea final\u0103 stipuleaz\u0103 \u00eentr-o m\u0103sur\u0103 elocvent\u0103 \u015fi efectele din ultimul timp ale hazardelor naturale asupra omenirii. Subtemele abordate au fost<\/p>\n<p>1.Defini\u0163ii terminologice \u00een acord cu conven\u0163iile interna\u0163ionale actuale<em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>2.Scurt istoric al dezastrelor mondiale \u015fi rom\u00e2ne\u015fti (evolu\u0163ia social\u0103 \u015fi \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103 a gestion\u0103rii lor)<em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>3.Vulnerabilitatea &#8211; condi\u0163ie a producerii dezastrelor<em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>4.Hazarde de natur\u0103 geologic\u0103 &#8211; exemple<em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>5.Hazarde de natur\u0103 hidrometeorologic\u0103 &#8211; exemple<em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>6.Hazarde de natur\u0103 biologic\u0103 &#8211; exemple<em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>7.Hazarde antropice &#8211; accidente tehnice, degradarea mediului \u00eenconjur\u0103tor, poluare \u2013exemple<\/p>\n<p>8.\u201dDezastrul\u201d virusologic\u00a0 \u00een corpul uman vulnerabil\/ \u00eentr-un sistem IT<em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>9.Rolul \u015ftiin\u0163ei, a gestion\u0103rii \u015fi prelucr\u0103rii informa\u0163iilor, al TIC, al comunic\u0103rii (\u00een acord cu legisla\u0163ia \u015fi practicile sociale) \u00een gestionarea dezastrelor<\/p>\n<p>10. Simularea unui dezastru urm\u00e2nd puterile lui 10, av\u00e2nd metrul ca unitate de m\u0103sur\u0103.<em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Elevii au alc\u0103tuit un corp solid cu profesorii lor: profesor de informatic\u0103 Aga Petronela &#8211; diriginta clasei, profesor de informatic\u0103 \u015etef\u0103nescu Narcisa, profesor de geografie Marius Cazacu, profesor de fizic\u0103 Anca Greculeac-director adjunct al colegiului \u015fi profesor de biologie Ramona Morar. O dat\u0103 pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103, ace\u015ftia s-au \u00eent\u00e2lnit la cursul op\u0163ional, \u00een echip\u0103 multidisciplinar\u0103, prin intermediul c\u0103ruia au putut s\u0103-\u015fi confrunte perspectivele, s\u0103-\u015fi expun\u0103 rezervele sau s\u0103 aprobe idei originale, ivite \u00een min\u0163ile deschise, de tineri cu imagina\u0163ie \u015fi inten\u0163ie. Atmosfera de lucru s-a men\u0163inut \u00een intervalul emula\u0163iei \u015fi competen\u0163ei.
